How are archive box's stored?

Boxes are stored in specially racked warehouses, in a well ventilated and clean environment.

How is my box tracked?

Each box has a unique bar code and its position is stored in our database.

How often can I access my records?

Records may be accessed between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday with 2 hours notice.

Do you have security at the storage premises?

Yes, a back to base alarm system monitors the premises. The premises are constantly monitored for fire protection and regular pest control strategies are employed.

Are all my boxes stored together?

No, the bar code system identifies where each box is located in the warehouse so as to assist the security of your documents.

Who has access to the contents of my documents?

Clients are advised to seal their boxes. Only our nominated company personnel, who have signed a confidentiality agreement, will access your records if you require such services as document retrieval or document packaging/repacking.
