The DocShop will do or arrange all maintenance requirements for things such as:

	Fixing locks or loose door handles
	Repairing walls
	Touch up painting
	Replacing light bulbs

The DocShop coordinates and supervisors all work for such things as electrical repairs, flood damage assistance, plumbing, plastering and painting solutions. The DocShop has developed a network of specialist sub-contractors for all office repairs.

You only get one invoice and liaise with one person. Preventative maintenance programs are also available.
